2. Incubation

Our team will be your commercial partner. This means we will manage your local operations, run all day-to-day activities, and adapt plans and strategies to market realities; regular performance updates and reports will be provided as agreed. Support resources – accounting and finance, IT, legal and HR – can also be provided.

Start-up operations take time to get off the ground and entail significant resources. Our market entry models signify our commitment to helping our clients be successful. We do not give advice nor make recommendations that we ourselves cannot execute, and risks are managed while business viability is still being established. Your costs are easily capped under a monthly retainer,  and we offer complete flexibility by providing an option to exit at pre-agreed milestones.
