Incubation Model

We will be your commercial partner. This means we will manage your local operations, run all day-to-day activities, and adapt plans and strategies to market realities. Support resources – accounting and finance, IT, legal and HR – can also be provided.Regular performance updates and reports will be provided as agreed.

Start-up operations take time to get off the ground and entail significant resources. These models signify our commitment to help our clients be successful. We do not give advice nor make recommendations that we ourselves cannot execute. Risks are managed, and your costs are easily capped under a monthly retainer, while providing an option to exit at pre-agreed milestones.
