Jun De Dios is a senior advisor to ABP, having previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and Country Manager for the Philippines from 2020 to 2025.

Jun was the CEO for AkzoNobel in Vietnam from 2008–2013, and CEO in Indonesia before being appointed Cluster Director for Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands from 2013–2019. He has extensive experience across Asia and has held senior leadership roles in a wide range of industries and companies.

Jun began his career with Procter & Gamble Philippines in 1986 as a Sales Section Manager. After eight successful years at P&G, he joined Mead Johnson Nutritionals as Sales Director, and by 2000 was appointed General Manager across several key markets in Asia. He later moved to the Dutch Mill Group of Companies as Managing Director for ASEAN before joining AkzoNobel in 2008.

Outside of work, Jun is a single-handicap golfer and continues to pursue his passion for the game.
