How does this work?

Under the Incubation Model, our experts work as an extension of your team. This means we manage your local operations, run all day-to-day activities, and adapt plans and strategies to market realities. Support resources – accounting and finance, IT, legal and HR – can also be provided on request. And of course we provide you with regular performance updates and reports to ensure you are well briefed.

Entering new markets is hard. You and your management team are busy generating revenue from your core operations, and you do not have the bandwidth to deal with the operational complexities of emerging markets. We will do this for you on your behalf. We will get your company set up, hire people for you in essential roles, find you buyers and suppliers and get your business started.

Once we have successfully managed the teething problems of the new entity, and we are able to generate a steady flow of revenue and income, and you are confident of wanting to invest further in this new market, then you can take over the reins from us and push on the accelerator pedal. Till then, we will be dependable stewards who will look after and protect your newly formed entity on your behalf.
