Our executive search and assessment process starts with the client’s search priorities, culminating in successful interviews, onboarding and appointment. This process includes the following:

  • conducting pre-interviews and careful assessment of interested candidates to produce a shortlist

Supporting final client interviews to select final candidates

  • informing clients of individual strengths and issues to probe during the interview(s)
  • drawing on our own knowledge and network to validate candidates’ claims and industry reputation
  • enabling and supporting due diligence background checks and referencing on selected candidate/s’ qualifications, records and reputation
