Claro is a seasoned Public Affairs and Communications professional with experience across government, banking, and media. At ASEAN Business Partners, he advises companies on policy, stakeholder engagement, and market entry strategies in the ASEAN region.

Previously, he served as Chief of Staff at the GSIS and held key roles at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Office of the Press Secretary. In the private sector, he led communications for PNB and HSBC Philippines. He began his career as a journalist and news director for programs like “Business Today” at GMA-7.

Claro holds a Journalism degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
