Kay Thi has worked in different industries including the garments industry in the course of an illustrious career spanning over 20 years and 2 continents in different disciplines including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Administration and others.

Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Dagon University, an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives UK, and an MBA from the University of Wales.
